Terms of Service

Please read everything here before commissioning me. By commissioning me you automatically accept these terms. If I feel that these terms are broken you will be warned. If they continue your commission will be terminated.

payment and refunds

-My commission prices are not consistent and can change in the future to be what I see fit for my time and work.-Prices can vary depending on
complexity.-All commissions outside of etsy are payed through PayPal or Cashapp.-Payments sent through PayPal will have the PayPal fee calculated and included in the commission price.-Payment through PayPal will be taken by invoice. If you’d like to add a tip to your payment and can't do so through the invoice you can place one through ko-fi or with a second paypal payment.-Payment is asked for before I start the sketch.

Refunds

-Refunds will not be sent after receiving the final sketch. Certain situations may be an exception.-Refunds will not be sent after your commission is finished, regardless of the situation.-For adopts refunds will not be sent after you’ve received the unwatermarked character and color pallet.

Will/Wont draw

Will draw
- Furry characters anthro and on all fours. I am very open to drawing uncommon species!
-Mystical species, non animal furry species (protogen, wickerbeast, ect.)
-Human characters
-Fan art
-Ship art
-suggestive and NSFWWont draw
-Certain kinks (please ask if i'm comfortable before commissioning me if you plan to get kink-related art)
-Proship
-Feral / animal genitalia
-Cub
-Age regress / DDLG
-Hate speech
-Anything controversial
- Anything that meets the criteria of my DNI listI will deny your commission if i'm uncomfortable with the topic or if I feel your idea is too complex for me. If your idea meets any of the criteria on my DNI list, you will be blocked and blacklisted.

Turnaround time

-Let me know if you need your commission by a certain date!-Please do not constantly message asking about progress or updates. I will try my best to update you regularly! Constant messaging really stresses me out.-Give me 1-3 weeks at least to complete your commission. I will let you know if I need more time.-Please keep an eye on your messages! This will help the progress of your commission go a lot faster. I regularly ask if changes and sketches look ok before continuing. During the sketching phase, if I can’t get a message back from you in 7 days, I will cancel your commission.-Please be patient! I currently work full-time at a very physically exhausting job. Progress can be slow depending on my work schedule ;w;

Use of my art

-If you repost/share my art or characters, credit is required. I'm totally fine with you using my art for your pfp, just credit me in your bio :)-My art is not to be used for any commercial use without my ok. Do not use my art for reselling hoodies, stickers, prints etc. I’m fine with you printing things for YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY!-My art is not to be used for NFT’s or any AI use of any kind. I refuse to reference AI reference sheets (if recognized and proven to be AI). AI programming is built off of the stolen works of artists and I refuse to contribute to that in any way.-Do not remove any signature or watermark that I have on my art and do not claim it as your own.

For adopts

-If you have purchased one of my characters or designs and are reselling them, please sell them for around the price you bought them. If they come with extra art you can include that in the selling price as well. It would also be helpful to let me know who you are selling them to!-Do not purchase my characters with the intent of building up their art profile and reselling them for a higher price.-Please let me know if you are purchasing them with the intent of making a premade or personal fursuit. I will more than likely be ok with it, but it would be good to know, especially so I can see its progress :)

For bases

-Do not repost, resell, or share purchased bases. Do not resell F2U bases. Sharing is ok.-Do not take credit for my bases. When posted, credit me as the creator of the base.-Do not remove any signature or watermark.
